	WHEN TO COME IN PARIS You can arrive the exact DAY OF YOUR CHOICE and leave the day of your choice, 365 days / 365. Check-in time is: 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is: 12:00 p.m.; Other arrangement can be made if necessary. EARLY check-in and LATE check-out can be booked with just an extra of 1/2 night each. Return to the head ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT Except for few apartments - and when the rental contract is no entirely completed - there is no need to come to our office the days when you travel: the access is DIRECT AT THE APARTMENT. Check-in and check-out are AUTOMATIC: you will find the keys at your arrival in the entrance hall. You will leave the keys in the apartment at your departure. In case of any question when you check-in, or check-out, just call our welcome team or our 24h assistance phone service. For more comfort use our DIRECT TRANSFER SERVICE WELCOME SERVICE AND AIRPORT TRANSFER DIRECT TO YOUR APARTMENT Private car or van from 1 to 4 persons with luggage: 78 Euros for the whole car. Tip included 58 Euros from Eurostar terminal or any Parisian railway station (2005 rate). We strongly recommend you to book our car when you arrived by EUROSTAR to avoid a very long queue for a taxi. Very useful and easy after a long flight. Return to the head LENGTH OF THE STAY You can stay as long as you wish in respect with some rentals conditions: MINIMUM STAY: it is only 5 nights (or 7 nights) according type and location of our private apartments MONTHLY RATE FORFEIT: it is more economical to ask for it at the booking if your stay may to extend after 3 weeks. EXTENSION: please notice that any extension CANNOT be guaranteed during busy period. OPTION FOR EXTENSION: your extension is guaranteed within 2 weeks notices if you ask for it when you book. Return to the head BOOKING PROCEDURE Before booking please call us at + 33 1 56 89 31 00 (Paris Time 9h30>18h from Monday to Friday or send us a Quick information request via e-mail to receive an offer according your needs. TO BOOK , send us (by fax or by E-mail - you can print or use our booking form) your arrival (exact time if possible) and departure date, and your credit card number (with expiration date). If booking with alternative choice, please prioritise your request. We will take 25% down to secure the booking ** Non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.** The balance of the stay will be paid only the arrival day. You will receive a confirmation fax or e-mail with all of the details for your arrival and your stay . As soon possible please check-it to avoid any mistake and contact us immediately if there are some changes. Your signature will by requested by return, with a copy of your passport, to settle your agreement of the rental contract and authorise the credit card payment charge. MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: XXXXXXXX American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diner's Club, JCB are welcomed. Return to the head WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RATES RATES INCLUDE: • ALL TAXES • HOUSEKEEPING ONCE A WEEK (every 7 nights) AND at the end of the stay • Automatic Check-in/out the apartment • 24h/day telephone assistance number • Basic apartment insurance except for guest luggage and values RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: Electricity and gas according meter Telephone card units Services on request: extra housekeeping, breakfast, fax, mobile, VCR-DVD rentals, laundry. A complimentary Breakfast basket can be provided. Insurance for guests' luggage, cash, valuables: please contact your insurance agent before departure TENANT DEPOSIT: always requested. Amount according length of the stay. A credit card imprint is enough for most of the weekly rental contracts. Return to the head IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION   You cancel before arrival: whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it, there is no refund of the amount paid to secure the booking. Changes of arrival date, length of stay can be considered as a cancellation. You cancel during your stay: in case of anticipated departure, whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified it, there is no refund of the rent paid. Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay.
